DI Solution provides a total NDT (non-destructive testing) solution using industrial X-ray: 2D and CT imaging of samples, defect analysis, and nominal-versus-actual comparison. We also offer professional training on CT-dedicated software such as VX3D and VGStudioMAX.

Recent fires have often been caused by battery swelling, internal design flaws in valves and piping, braze joint defects, and grounding faults. Most inspection methods in use, such as sectioning defective parts to examine the inside, ultrasonic testing (UT), and leak testing, either damage the defect area or cannot pinpoint its exact three-dimensional location, which makes tracing the root cause difficult.

DI Solution inspects defective products thoroughly using NDT (X-ray and 3D CT). Based on the inspection data, we provide technical support for structural, production, and design traceability and detection. We also offer solutions for quality control of key products and of good units.

Using Korea's only 450kV / 240kV (Large and Micro tube) ultra-precision room-type CT scanner (0.2mm / 0.4mm for Large, 2µm for Micro, detector area 430.08mm x 430.08mm), we can inspect products of any industry, size, or thickness, and share analysis data using VGStudioMAX, one of the best CT analysis software programs available.

Since 2023, in addition to our existing demo equipment, we have fitted a 220kV MesoFocus tube, enabling reliable image rendering that meets customer expectations. These systems are regularly checked for reliability based on VDE/VDI2630 CT measurement calibration and the ASTM E1695 MTF and CDF values, so we can deliver accurate data. We are registered as the official Korean reseller of VGStudioMAX from Volume Graphics, part of Hexagon.
